Hi *****. Sorry I didn't get to you today, I won't even begin to get into it all!!

Could you call me tomorrow after work and I will meet with you at the condo?? I have some rental papers to sign and to give you your keys. The apt. Is clean, some stains in the carpet just don't come clean any more, I think we will look into replacing it at some point. It's up to my son.
