hi all,
having a good time in abaco. beautiful bahamian island, very laid back and casual, nice beaches and azure water. playing a lot of bridge and beaching it. today we're renting a boat and doing a little island hopping.
last night we watched the shuttle launch!!! unfortunately a great black cloud hung just above the horizon so we only saw the orange streak for 30 seconds and then the shuttle disappeared behind the cloud. by the time it should have been visible again, it was just another twinkle in the sky along with the other stars. the booster did create a huge plume of iridescent smoke that looked like a cloud lit up from the inside. very interesting. everyone was cheering on the beach.
geoff and brooks: i imagine you had a good time in colorado. did you ski both days as planned? i can't wait to hear all about your visit.
ashley - hope all is going well in pburg. dad tells me you had a great vacation - i'm sure you're sorry to be back!
looking forward to seeing all of you soon! brooks - have you looked into air reservations yet? remember, party starts at noon on thursday, april 30th!!!

Hi Alannah ! Its the Crazy Tow truck guy ! Funny How people meet ? The last thing i expected to find was a Beauty like U on the highway last night , funny tho , I even found the nerve to ask U out ! Im usually pretty shy at first , but I couldnt let the opportunity slip , You just seem so cool and of course absolutely Gorgeous !most people you want to help , and if was some other person I woulda dun the same ! but I woulda left their Ass at the Tims ,just off the highway . Ida taken U where ever you wanted to go ! Thank god it wasnt that far ,lol . Anyway I just wanted to say hi , iI do hope UR still in2 seeing me 2 moro ? not 2 late 2 back-out ! sure hope you dont . The projector is 3,500 lumens and has the zoom capability to fit the screens properly.
The screens are 120” diagonal and are the fixed frame type.
I also included the necessary equipment to distribute the video signal to all 3 projectors.
You will need to provide a man-lift at the church for 2 days, so we can install the projectors on the cross-beam at the ceiling level.
The job will take approximately 3 days to install.

prominent hospitals, I came across your email address through surfing the internet affiliated with the US chamber of Commerce, and My late Grandma was a puppy breeder, She died about 4 months ago and she left a Female English Bulldog ,a Female French Bulldog and a Female Shih Tzu before she died. Attached is the intake form that Darrius' lenders require on all submissions. Please do not leave any blanks. If something does not pertain to you do not leave it blank...put a N/A in the space.
As soon as that is returned I will push Darrius to move on them. (both for the oil fields & Gentleman's Club)
Below are the necessary items for "hard money" that Darrius asks. Be prepared to comply with the docs needed so we do not miss a beat. I realize each day is crucial.
Hard Money and Private Money for Commercial, Residential, Lot loans, resorts, golf courses, stadiums, capital to expand business, amusement parks, construction projects, and many others.
1. Nornally doesn't need a particular score or credit pulled
2. Income documents may not be required
3. Due Dilligence and third party costs upfront are normally required (Amounts depend on what type of project and how much they are looking for)
4. Rates range from 6.00% - 15.00%
5. Points range from 2% - 10% depending on project and (processing fees and settlement fees)

1. Executive Summary related to the project
2. Principal Financial Statement
3. Business Net operating Statement
4. 2008, 2007 and 2006 Personal and Business Tax Returns
5. Proof of Assets (2 Months Bank Statements/Cd's/Stocks/IRA's/Bonds/Annuties/401 (K) Plan
6. Real Estate Owned document
7. Inventory Owned if they are requesting a loan for inventory

I'm thrilled to tell you that little Juliana ***** ***** was born at 6:35 a.m. yesterday, January 30! Eight pounds, six ounces of pure beauty, 21" long and completely wonderful! Cassie & Bruce are doing great, and are coming home from the hospital as we speak! Jamie and I are heading over there momentarily, to help out, since they've now had 48 hours with only moments of sleep-yikes, and so it begins......

But now it seems the veneer is cracking,and the Wall Street Journal (subscription required), for one, is piling on with the speculation that Aldi may topple the giant retailer.
