I'm emailing to inquire if you will be renewing your lease at the ****** House, #204 that is due to expire July 31, 2008. If so, we would love for you to come into our office so that we can get your renewal lease signed. Your renewal is for August 1, 2008 thru July 31, 2009 at a rate of $1595.00.
